I was always frustrated at not being able to draw. When I retired I went to a class called "Drawing for the Terrified" which was brilliant. I then decided I would like to do watercolours and joined a class at Claverton Down Community Hall. After our original teacher retired we decided to form an art group, which we did in 2010 and asked David to teach us. We are still going strong. We now do watercolour and acrylic painting. I enjoy both and occasionally do pastels as well. Rosalind Darby
We have been studying the work of Wayne Thebaud in the acrylics class. He painted a lot of cakes and pies. It was good fun and quite lighthearted.
